Tender Description
The Federal Investigation Agency Karachi Zone (Federal Investigation Agency (FIA)) invites bids for the repair of furniture and fixtures at their office located at Banglow No.25-A, Lalazar Society, M.T Khan Road Near Beach Luxury Hotel, Harbour Sub-Division, Karachi West, Sindh. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 with a total estimated cost of **PKR 10,000,000**. The scope includes comprehensive repair works such as polishing, hardware replacement, glass top installation, re-cushioning with top-class fabric or leatherite, foam replacement using Molty Flex, frame repairs, paint finishing, and replacement of door locks and closers. Items to be repaired include executive office tables, office tables, center tables, sofas (single seat, three seater, five seater), visitor chairs, executive revolving chairs, steel file racks, steel almirahs, wooden file cabinets, false ceilings, and wooden doors. The work is to be completed within 10 days of issuance of the work order at the specified Karachi location.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, hold valid professional tax and Sindh Revenue Board registrations, and have at least five years of relevant experience in repair and maintenance works supported by work orders and completion certificates. Bidders must not have been blacklisted in the last five years and must submit affidavits confirming no litigation or delays in government contracts. Bid security of 5% of the quoted amount is required in the form of a pay order or banker's cheque. The bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0, and all bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by **Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 03:00 PM**. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
