The contract duration is nine months with manpower requirements including sanitary workers. The contractor must ensure timely and quality service delivery in line with municipal standards. Eligibility criteria require valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates, registration with Sindh Board of Revenue, and PEC registration for 2025-26 in relevant categories. Experience of at least three years in sanitation or solid waste management is mandatory, with evidence of similar works executed in the last five years. Bid security of 2% of the offer rate in the form of call deposit and tender fee payment are required.
