Tender Description
The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is procuring repair and maintenance services for Bungalow No. D-25 located at CAA Colony, Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. This tender invites qualified contractors to undertake civil and maintenance works to ensure the bungalow remains in good condition and functional for official use.

The scope includes all necessary civil works such as structural repairs, painting, waterproofing, and other building maintenance tasks to restore and preserve the bungalow. The site is located within the airport premises, requiring adherence to security protocols and coordination with airport authorities.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year, be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Additionally, bidders must provide a valid Professional Tax Certificate and submit affidavits confirming firm ownership, no blacklisting, and no pending litigation. The Earnest Money of Rs. 100,000/- must be submitted as a Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority.
The tender follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procurement method under PPRA Rule 11(a). Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via the PPRA EPADS Web Portal before the deadline. However, original bid security and affidavits must be submitted in person to the Divisional Engineer Civil-II office at JIAP on the closing date.
