Works will be executed at operational sites requiring careful planning to ensure uninterrupted grid operations and minimal inconvenience to residents. Contractors must maintain quality assurance, safety, health, environmental compliance, and security protocols as per NGC and regulatory requirements. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration (minimum C-5 category with CE-01, CE-09, CE-10 codes), active taxpayer status with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, non-blacklisting affidavit, financial capability with positive net worth, and relevant experience including at least one framework agreement or annual repair & maintenance contract in the last 10 years.
