Tender Description
The National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGC) invites qualified contractors to participate in the establishment of an Open Framework Agreement for the repair and maintenance of civil assets under Asset Management North (AM-North), Lahore Region. This procurement is specifically for civil infrastructure maintenance at various NGC facilities including 220kV and 500kV Grid Stations, residential colonies, transmission line facilities, regional offices, control buildings, store buildings, workshops, boundary walls, roads, drainage, water supply and sewerage systems within the Lahore jurisdiction.

The technical scope covers all civil, plumbing, sanitary, and finishing works as per WAPDA Standard Specifications (1998), WAPDA Composite Schedule of Rates, and applicable Pakistan Standards. Works will be executed at operational sites requiring careful planning to ensure uninterrupted grid operations and minimal inconvenience to residents. Contractors must maintain quality assurance, safety, health, environmental compliance, and security protocols as per NGC and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration (minimum C-5 category with CE-01, CE-09, CE-10 codes), active taxpayer status with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, non-blacklisting affidavit, financial capability with positive net worth, and relevant experience including at least one framework agreement or annual repair & maintenance contract in the last 10 years. Bidders must submit audited financial statements for the last five years and demonstrate availability of financial resources.
