Repair and Maintenance of Family Suites at Parliament Lodges Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites bids from valid PEC registered firms (2026-27) with appropriate category and code for repair and maintenance works of family suites at Parliament Lodges, Islamabad. The works include: - Repair / Maintenance of Family Suites No. H-310 at Parliament Lodges - Repair / Maintenance of Family Suites No. C-202 at Parliament Lodges The bidding will be conducted under Rule 36 (a) Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 and E-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023. Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and submit their bids online at http://eprocure.gov.pk before the closing date and time. Manual bids will not be entertained. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Pay Order/CDR from a DDO Govt. Hostel or CDA account. The bid security must be uploaded scanned with the bid on EPADS before 02-11-2026 12:00 Noon. The bids will be opened publicly on 05-11-2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and authorized representatives at the office of Director PL&H, CDA. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with valid registration certificate for the year 2026-27 and must prove eligibility and qualification as per bidding documents. Firms must provide an undertaking on stamp paper worth not less than Rs. 500/- that they are not involved in litigation or blacklisted by any government or semi-government body. The bid security of all bidders will be deposited in CDA Bank account and returned after contract acceptance.
