Tender Description
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad invites sealed bids from reputable firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding valid Registration Certificate in category C-6 or above for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is for repair and maintenance works of various houses and blocks located in different sectors of Islamabad. This tender is specifically issued by the Maintenance Division-II of CDA.

The scope covers comprehensive repair and maintenance works including structural repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical fittings, and other related civil works at the specified residential units and blocks. The works are to be executed at various locations within Islamabad, ensuring quality and timely completion.
Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above and must provide valid FBR and ATL registration certificates. Firms should also submit Earnest Money in the form of CDR as specified for each work. The bid security must be deposited in the CDA bank account and will be refunded after contract award. Bidders must upload scanned copies of bid security on EPADS and submit original documents before the deadline.
