The Regional Tax Office Islamabad is procuring repair and maintenance services for machinery equipment including photostat machines, air conditioners, and other related machinery for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for the Regional Tax Office located at Plot No. 21-B, Mauve Area, G-9/1 Islamabad. The scope includes providing repair services, maintenance, and supply of quality spare parts for machinery equipment as required by the office. Qualified firms will be offered a pre-qualification letter valid for one year and will be required to provide quotations for repair services as and when needed. The department requires firms to have established offices in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, with at least 7 years of relevant experience. Firms must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Financial soundness must be demonstrated through bank statements for the last six months. Non-blacklisting certificates and client lists are mandatory. The earnest money of Rs. 100,000 must be submitted in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favor of Additional Commissioner-IR (HQ) Regional Tax Office Islamabad. Bidders must submit their technical and financial bids electronically via EPADS by the deadline of 08-06-2026 at 11:00 am. The tender opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 am.
