Repair and Maintenance Works at Malir Cantt by Military Engineer Services

The Military Engineer Services office at Malir Cantt Karachi invites sealed tenders for various repair and maintenance works under PPRA Rules 13 (1) of 2004. Contractors must have relevant experience and be on the approved list of MES or related departments. Earnest money and complete credentials are required with applications. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified contractors from 24 September 2026 to 29 September 2026. Bids must be received by 1130 hrs and will be opened at 1200 hrs on 2 October 2026. Contractors should provide certificates confirming no litigation with government departments and must submit proof of registration with FWO, C&W, or other relevant authorities. Financial statements, skilled personnel details, and plant details for similar works executed in the last three years are also required. The tender opening will be held at the office of the accepting officer. Contractors are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Presence at the time of tender opening is allowed.
