Eligible firms must be enlisted with MES in categories A, B, C, D, or E. Contractors not on the approved MES list must submit a statement of previous experience detailing work executed in the last two years along with supporting documents. Firms not registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council will not be considered. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission of their bids by the deadline at the accepting office. Earnest Money and other bid security requirements will be as per MES regulations.
