Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Multan (Eight Lots)

Military Engineer Services invites sealed bids for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Multan under eight distinct lots. This opportunity is open to eligible contractors who meet the specified criteria and are interested in executing civil and related works for the Pakistan Air Force. The works are to be carried out at the designated PAF site in Multan, Punjab. Items being procured: - Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF (Lot a) (E) Rs. 4.000 Million - Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF (Lot b) (E) Rs. 4.000 Million - Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF (Lot c) (E) Rs. 4.000 Million - Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF (Lot d) (E) Rs. 3.650 Million - Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF (Lot e) (E) Rs. 3.550 Million - Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF (Lot f) (E) Rs. 3.450 Million - Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF (Lot g) (E) Rs. 3.450 Million - Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF (Lot h) (E) Rs. 3.022 Million The technical scope includes construction and provision of various facilities as per MES and PAF requirements. Each lot has a specified estimated cost, and the works must be completed in accordance with the technical specifications and standards set by the department. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and discipline, and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Earnest Money as per the prescribed percentage is required with the bid in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Pay Order. Bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 26 September 2026 at the office of the Garrison Engineer, MES, Multan. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained. For best results, ensure all supporting documents, including PEC and FBR certificates, are up to date and properly attested before submission.
