Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above, have valid FBR registration, and demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience with successful completion of similar public sector projects. Firms must also provide an affidavit confirming no litigation or blacklisting. The tender follows a single stage-single envelope procedure with earnest money (Bid Security) of Rs. 150,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft payable to the Director General, Southern Zone Agricultural Research Center.
The tender documents are to be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) by 11:00 AM on May 19, 2026, with physical submission of the bid security and sealed documents at the office of Superintendent (Procurement), Old Block 9 & 10, University of Karachi Campus, Karachi. Bids will be publicly opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Interested bidders are advised to visit the site to assess conditions and prepare their technical and financial proposals accordingly.
