An earnest money deposit of 2% of the estimated cost is required with the tender documents in the form of a Pay Order in favor of the Director General Pakistan Coast Guards. Tender documents must be submitted by 1130 hours on 17 September 2026, with the tender opening scheduled for the same day at 1200 hours.
