Tender Description
The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation Engineering Department invites bids for the repair, maintenance, and renovation of the Annexy Building (Maliyat) at the main KMC Council Hall Building in Karachi. This tender is specifically issued by the Engineering Department of KMC located at Muslimabad, Karachi. The scope of work includes dismantling iron works, cement block masonry, cement concrete, glazed tiles, waterproofing, cement plaster, anti-termite treatment, fixing doors, windows, aluminum channels, G.I pipes, valves, fiber glass tanks, wooden architraves, iron works, flooring with glazed tiles, sanitary fittings, painting, and other related civil and finishing works. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, and bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement system (EPADS) by **12-05-2026 at 11:00 AM**.
