Repair, Maintenance, White Wash, Roof Treatment, Solarization and Boundary Wall at GBMH Dhadar

The Executive Engineer Buildings CWPP&H Department Kachhi invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of repair and maintenance works for the year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. The project is based on composite schedule rates 2023 and requires specialized knowledge in general buildings and maintenance. Eligibility criteria include presence in the Active Taxpayer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. The bidder must have completed three assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 18,086,000 in the last three years. PEC registration category C-5 and above (up to 65 million) in the relevant category with specialized code CE10(vii) (General Buildings and Maintenance) is mandatory. Representatives must provide an authority letter on judicial stamp paper along with a Rs. 100/- stamp affidavit attested by a first-class magistrate confirming the accuracy of bid information.
