Repair and Maintenance of Truck/Jeep/Bridal Paths, Inspection/Fire Paths, Construction of Water Tanks and Water Harvesting Pits under Plantation Road Rehabilitation Programme Murree

The Deputy Conservator of Forests Murree Forest Division Jhika Gali invites electronic bids through the e-Procurement System (E-Punjab Acquisition Disposal System) for various repair, maintenance, and construction works under the Development Scheme, Green Fund, and Nature Based Solution & under Green Fund Plantation Under Road Rehabilitation Programme in different forest compartments/sites. Items being procured: - Repair/Maintenance of Truck/Jeep/Bridal Path (240 Mile) - Repair/Maintenance of Inspection/Fire Path 4'-5' (375 Mile) - Construction of Water Tanks (20 Nos) - Construction of Water Harvesting Pits (10 Nos) - Bigger Size Afforestation including earthwork for digging pits, purchase of coniferous and broadleaf plants, planting, and watch and ward for 9 months (45 Acre) The technical scope includes clearance of vegetation, repair and maintenance of paths at various sub divisions such as Ghora Gali, Lower Topa, Sehrbagla, Sambi, Ban Range, and Municipal Forests Range. Construction of water tanks and harvesting pits is also included with detailed site-wise distribution. The afforestation work involves earthwork for pits, purchase and planting of bigger size coniferous and broadleaf plants, and maintenance for nine months. Eligibility requires firms/contractors to be registered and renewed with FBR, PRA & PEC with relevant category and must have a professional tax certificate from Excise & Taxation Department for the year 2026-27. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated price in the form of PSID is mandatory. Bidders must upload CDR in the form of bank guarantee through the e-procurement system as an additional document. The bid submission deadline is **08 October, 2026 at 10:00 AM** with bid opening at 11:00 AM on the same day. Bids must be submitted online at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.
