Ambulances must be prioritized with emergency repairs completed within 24-48 hours. All repairs will be inspected by the Hospital Transport Committee, and replaced parts must be returned. A warranty of at least 3 months or 5000 km is mandatory on major repairs. Eligible bidders must be registered automotive workshops or authorized service centers with valid FBR and SRB registrations, active taxpayer status, and at least three years of experience in government or semi-government vehicle repairs. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000 non-refundable, and a bid security of 2.5% of the bid value is required.
