Tender Description
The District Headquarters Hospital Matiari is inviting bids for the repair and maintenance of transport vehicles and ambulances for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is managed by the Medical Superintendent's office in Matiari, Sindh. The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance services for hospital ambulances and official vehicles, ensuring operational readiness and safety.

The technical scope requires the use of genuine, new, and unused spare parts only, with modern diagnostic tools and machinery for engine and body repairs. Ambulances must be prioritized with emergency repairs completed within 24-48 hours. All repairs will be inspected by the Hospital Transport Committee, and replaced parts must be returned. A warranty of at least 3 months or 5000 km is mandatory on major repairs.
Eligible bidders must be registered automotive workshops or authorized service centers with valid FBR and SRB registrations, active taxpayer status, and at least three years of experience in government or semi-government vehicle repairs. PEC category is not specified but bidders must demonstrate technical capacity, skilled manpower, and financial soundness.
The tender fee is Rs. 3,000 non-refundable, and a bid security of 2.5% of the bid value is required. Bids must be submitted in a single sealed envelope by 21-08-2026 at 2:30 PM, with opening at 3:00 PM the same day. Late submissions will be rejected. The procurement follows Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended).
