Tender Description
This tender invites well-reputed firms and workshops in Islamabad to provide repair and maintenance services for vehicles registered with the Directorate of Cross Border Currency Movement. The department requires skilled workshops capable of handling various vehicle makes including Suzuki, Toyota, Honda, and Nissan. The scope covers engine overhauling, electrical work, wheel alignment, and spare parts replacement, ensuring operational readiness throughout the financial year 2025-26.
The work involves servicing vehicles at the Directorate's premises in Mauve Area, G-10/4 Islamabad. Workshops must demonstrate technical expertise in mechanical and electrical repairs, availability of spare parts, and sufficient parking and inspection facilities. Physical verification of workshops will be conducted before prequalification to ensure compliance with technical and operational standards.
Bidders should be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments and possess valid NTN/STRN. They must submit a refundable Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs 75,000 in favor of the Director CBCM. Compliance with PEC categories and FBR/ATL status is essential for eligibility in the financial year 2025-26. Interested parties should ensure all documentation and financial credentials are up to date to avoid disqualification.
