Procurement of Automotive Spare Parts for SNGPL Vehicles

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of automotive spare parts required for maintenance and repair of its vehicle fleet at the SNGPL Camp, Dhamyal Road, Near Ranger Cadet College, Saroba Grid Station, Sehal Village, Tehsil & District Rawalpindi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference FCS/SOA/TE/068/26 (Tender No. P119638). Items being procured include a comprehensive range of automotive spare parts such as Tie Rod Ends for Toyota P-Up, Ball Joints, Suspension Bushes, Clutch Plates and Bearings, Wheel Hub Bearings, Power Steering Pumps, Timing Belts, Fan Belts, Oil Seals, Shock Absorbers, Radiator Fans and Cores, Wheel Studs, Brake Master Cylinders, Brake Disc Pads and Shoes, Air and Oil Filters, Fuel Filters, Engine Oil SAE 15W-40, and various other components for Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Hino, Mazda, and Daewoo vehicles. Each item is specified with quantity and delivery schedule of 15 days at the SNGPL Camp store. The technical scope requires all goods to be brand new, conforming to specified standards, and delivered within the stipulated timeframe. Sub-standard or defective materials must be replaced at no cost. Bidders must be registered with FBR, hold a valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for 2026-27, and comply with eligibility criteria including submission of bid security and performance guarantees. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Monday, October 12, 2026, 03:00 PM. Original bid security must be physically submitted at the SNGPL Camp office before the deadline. Late or manual submissions will not be entertained.
