The Public Health Engineering Division Usta Muhammad invites sealed percentage basis tenders on prevailing market rates up-to-date from interested contractors and manufacturing firms for the 2026-27 work year. The procurement is for repair and maintenance of various water supply schemes in District Usta Muhammad. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance for various water supply schemes District Usta Muhammad TSE-2627081174783 The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance works for water supply schemes ensuring functional and sustainable water delivery to the district. Contractors must be registered with tax authorities including BRA, GST, and FBR sales tax department, and hold valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category CE09. Firms must have renovated similar works up to the year 2026-27. Representatives participating in the tender must have original authority issued by the contractor/firm in their name on judicial stamp paper. Eligibility criteria require a minimum of three assignments with value not less than the estimated cost and turnover of at least 70% of the estimated cost. Contractors must not be blacklisted by any procurement agency or private organization. Bid security of 2% in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to PKR 150,000/- is mandatory. Tender committee reserves the right to change quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason. Bids validity is ninety (90) days.
