Repair and Maintenance Works and Purchase of Items for Kamoke City Area 2026-27

The Office of the Municipal Committee Kamoke District Gujranwala invites experienced Engineering Firms and Contractors to participate in the tendering process for various repair, maintenance, and purchase works under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Different Arrangements of the National & Religious Occasions, Ramzan-ul-Mubarak, Eid-ul-Fitter, Eid-ul-Azha etc. for the year 2026-27 - Repair & Maintenance of all types of Vehicle Machinery including Dewatering Pumps, Winching Machines, Cross Cutter Machines - Repair & Maintenance of Parks, Green Belts, Stadium, Library - Beautification and Tree Plantation of Parks, Green Belts, Stadium City Area Kamoke - Patch Work/Repair of Roads in City Area Kamoke and other Civil Work - Cleaning of Nallah Jaat through Excavator Machine on Rent in City Area Kamoke - Purchase of Orange Jackets, Punjabi for Kassian, Rassay, Long Bans etc. for Office MC/Parks/Stadium - Repair of Motor VC Pump, Panel VC Transformer, Electric Works - Fixing of Manhole Cover at Disposal Station Kamoke - Repair of Transformer, Motor, Pump, Panel VC - Repair of Office Building including Transformer, Fan, Air Conditioner, Photo Copy Machine, Hiring of Movie Camera, Video Camera for Recording - Purchase or Different Items of Dewatering Pumps, Delivery Pipe, Suction Pipe, Foot Valve, Ring VC, Clump VC, Wrench VC, Door - Purchase of Office Stationery The total estimated cost is Rs. 58,500,000/- with bid security at 5% of the estimated cost. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website and have PEC License Category C-6 & Above. Bid security can be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Cashier Cheque, or Pay Order. The tender closing date is 24 September 2026 at 2:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM by the Tender Opening Committee. All financial bids will be evaluated based on lowest evaluated financial bid subject to submission of performance guarantee and eligibility criteria. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time without assigning any reason. Manual or physical bid submissions are not accepted; all documents must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal.
