Repair, Maintenance, Installation and Construction Works at Karachi and NAS Turbat by Pakistan Navy MES

The Pakistan Navy Military Engineering Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for various repair, maintenance, installation, and construction works at Karachi and Naval Air Station (NAS) Turbat. The scope includes Abnormal Repair, Replacement, Renovation, Major and Minor Maintenance works at Karachi and NAS Turbat. Additionally, provision, installation, and construction of certain facilities at both Karachi and NAS Turbat are required. The tender also covers the supply of fresh water at Karachi and miscellaneous works related to Building & Roads (B&R), Electrical & Mechanical (E&M), and Fire & Safety (F&S) at both locations. Only firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories A, B, C, or D are eligible. Contractors must also provide a certificate confirming no litigation or special reports against them from Government Departments. Tender submissions must be received by 1130 hours on 18 Nov 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day.
