Repair and Maintenance Works at Pakistan Ordnance Factories Wah Cantt

Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah Cantt invites pre-qualification applications from experienced contractors for various civil maintenance and repair works at their SAA and Brass Mills factories. The department is seeking qualified firms to undertake multiple repair and rehabilitation projects within the factory premises located in Wah Cantt, Punjab. Items being procured: - Repair/Rehabilitation of compressor room at D-02 Shop SAA factory - Term contract for artificer works, minor works, repair & maintenance in Brass Mills (C-01 & C-03) - Term contract for periodical services including white washing, distempering & painting in Brass Mills (C-01 & C-03) - Term contract for artificer works, minor works, repair & maintenance in SAA Factory - Contract for roof treatment of buildings in SAA Factory - Repair/Replacement of septic tank and sewerage line in D-01 Shop SAA factory - Repair/Rehabilitation of canteen C-09 shop SAA factory - Rehabilitation/repair of toilets major FIU and Manager Production D-02 offices in SAA factory The scope covers comprehensive civil works including repair, rehabilitation, maintenance, painting, white washing, distempering, roof treatment, and sanitary system repairs. These works are to be executed at various shops and offices within the POF Wah Cantt complex, ensuring operational efficiency and infrastructure upkeep. Eligible contractors must provide detailed experience records, current work commitments, financial capability including bank statements and credit limits, equipment and skilled manpower lists, FBR registration with NTN, and PEC/MES enlistment certificates. Litigation history and sub-contractor details are also required. Contractors currently working with POFs need only submit particulars of ongoing work outside POFs.
