Repair and Maintenance Works at Quetta, Zhob, Loralai and Chaman by Military Engineering Services

The Military Engineering Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for various repair and maintenance works in Quetta, Zhob, Loralai, and Chaman. These works are to be carried out under the supervision of the General Engineer (Army) Quetta-II located at Zarghoon Road Quetta Cantt. Items being procured: - Repair/Maintenance of Residential and Non-Residential Accommodation, Abnormal Repair Works and Provision of Allied Miscellaneous Works at Quetta, Zhob, Loralai & Chaman - Repair/Maintenance Works of Lavatory Block No.4 (6x6) & 5(4x4) at BTW Quetta Cantt - Removal of Washrooms Office Area & SM Block at HQ 20 Bde Quetta Cantt - Renovation of 128 Men SM Barracks in 42 FF Quetta Cantt - 6 x Toilets & 4 x Dispensaries & Repair including Minor/Maintenance/Deposit Repair Works of B/R-II and B/R-III of Sub Division under GE (A) Quetta-II & Chaman, Zhob, Loralai & Quetta - 6 x TC Electrical & Mechanical for Internal Electric & Internal Water Supply of E&M Sub Division under GE (A) Quetta-II at Quetta, Zhob, Loralai & Chaman - 3 x Construction Activities for Bazar Supply Material/store of B&R and E&M at Quetta, Zhob, Loralai & Chaman The technical scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance of residential and non-residential buildings, lavatory blocks, washrooms, barracks, and internal electrical and water supply systems across multiple locations. The works are sanctioned with costs ranging from 2.30 million to 10 million PKR, with each work to be concluded within the power of the General Engineer. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be enlisted with MES in Category 'E' with a minimum tender security of Rs. 150,000. Contractors enlisted with other departments such as central/provincial PWD, KDA, CDA, WAPDA, etc., may also apply if approved and furnish enlistment documents. Non-enlisted contractors must deposit 5% of the estimated cost as earnest money via a bank receipt in favor of GE (A) Quetta-II. Tender submission must be in two envelopes: one containing the priced tender and the other the priced BQs, both sealed. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned. The tenders must reach by 16 Oct 2026 at 11:00 Hrs and will be opened the same day at 12:00 Hrs.
