Repair and Miscellaneous Civil Works at E-8 Islamabad and Lahore for CMES (Navy) ISLD/LHR

Military Engineer Services invites applications for prequalification of firms and contractors for a range of repair, maintenance, and miscellaneous civil works at E-8 Islamabad and Lahore under the authority of CMES (Navy) ISLD/LHR. This notice is relevant for contractors experienced in civil and building maintenance works, particularly those enlisted with MES in category D or higher, or with other government departments. Items being procured: - Provision / installation of iron grills on windows at ground floor at Rawat - Repair / Maintenance of parking sheds at Zone I & IV E-8 Islamabad - Provision of PU Flooring in staff surgeon area at E-8 Islamabad - Additional Civil Works for security staff at E-8 Islamabad - Misc Works / Facilities at E-8 Islamabad (multiple lots) - Abnormal Repair works at E-8 Islamabad - Misc Works / Facilities at Lahore The technical scope covers installation of iron grills, flooring, parking shed maintenance, and a variety of civil and abnormal repair works at the specified locations. Contractors must provide a list of similar works executed in the last two years, along with supporting documentation such as completion certificates, bank statements, GST registration, NTN certificate, and details of assets and personnel. Only firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026 will be considered. Prequalification documents can be obtained from CMES (N) Isld/Lhr, Sector E-8 Islamabad. Applications must be submitted to CMES (N) Isld/Lhr Sector E-8 Islamabad by 1130 hours on 25 Nov 2026. Tenders will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. Bidders are encouraged to ensure all required documents are complete and up to date, as incomplete applications will not be entertained.
