The Sukkur Power Electric Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the maintenance and repair of 02 Nos F Type Quarters (F03 & F04) located at 132 KV Grid Station Naseerabad, Sukkur, Sindh. This procurement covers comprehensive civil, electrical, sanitary, and finishing works to restore and maintain the quarters in good condition. Items being procured: - Dismantling brick tile roofing (130.06 sqm) - Reinforced cement concrete work using coarse sand (1.28 cum) - Supply & fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement for RCC (102.15 kg) - Brick tiles laid over earth and mud plaster (130.06 sqm) - Polythene sheet 0.2 mm thick laid over bitumen coats (130.06 sqm) - Removing cement plaster (296.31 sqm) - Cement plaster 1:4 up to 6 meters height (296.31 sqm) - Excavation for sewer and manholes (3.4 cum) - Providing, lowering & laying PVC class 'D' pipe 100mm i/d (72.54 m) - Dismantling cement concrete plain (10.2 cum) - Cement concrete plain (20.53 cum) - Topping cement concrete 75mm thick (298.68 sqm) - Flooring with white/coloured glazed tiles (94.65 sqm) - White/coloured glazed tile dado 6mm thick (35.98 sqm) - Laminated board for wardrobe shutter (18.58 sqm) - Distempering and painting works on walls, doors, windows - Steel grated doors without grill work (16.91 sqm) - Glazing with panes and steel wire gauze - Electrical wiring for light, fan points, plug points, PVC ducts - Sanitary fittings including water closets, wash basins, cisterns, stop cocks, bib cocks, flush pipes - GI or WI pipes for water supply - Stainless steel sinks The scope includes RCC, PCC, topping, plaster, brickwork, sanitary fittings, distempering, painting, electrification, woodwork, roof treatment, and other related civil works. Eligible bidders must have a valid PEC license, FBR and SRB registration, and experience of at least 2 similar works in the last 5 years with DISCO/NTDC.
