Repair and Reclamation Services for 132/11 KV Power Transformers

The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites qualified suppliers to provide comprehensive repair and reclamation services for 132/11 KV power transformers located at various grid substations including Tajazai, Dalazak, and Kohat in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and involves the repair of transformers with capacities of 20/26 MVA and 31.5/40 MVA. The scope includes manufacturing and repair of HV and LV windings with new insulation, replacement of copper conductors, repair of insulation cylinders, replacement of gaskets, painting, cabling, refurbishment of insulating parts, cleaning and washing of tank bodies and components, diagnostic testing, assembly and disassembly, vapor phase drying, oil filling and filtration, and testing as per NTDC/WAPDA specifications. The supplier is responsible for safe handling, transportation, loading, unloading, and return of transformers to PESCO specified locations. All materials and spare parts must be new, genuine, and of standard quality. Eligibility requires registration with FBR, active taxpayer status, and relevant experience with government organizations. Bidders must submit a technical bid supported by documentary evidence and a financial bid through EPADS v2.0 by the submission deadline of Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
