The works require PEC registration in the relevant civil works category for FY 2026-27 and valid FBR/ATL registration. Bidders must upload Earnest Money in the form of CDR at 5% of the estimated cost in favor of the District Officer (I&S) District Council Rahim Yar Khan. Original CDR, PEC certificate, and letterhead pad must be submitted before bid opening. The bids will be opened on 11-08-2026 at 01:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the District Council Rahim Yar Khan office. The estimated cost totals PKR 70 million with individual scheme costs ranging from PKR 5 million to PKR 10 million. Completion time is set for 30-06-2027. Bidders should ensure all financial bids are complete with rates against each item and sub-summary as incomplete bids will be declared non-responsive. Recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted manually.
