Repair & Rehabilitation of Surface Drains Type- A & B From Kareem Bux Channar House to Disposal via Government Primary School at Village Nawab Khan Channar Of Ward No 3 Town Committee Jhol Taluka Sinjhoro District Sanghar

The Town Committee Jhol, located in the district of Sanghar, Sindh, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) for the repair and rehabilitation of surface drains Type- A & B from Kareem Bux Channar House to disposal via Government Primary School at Village Nawab Khan Channar of Ward No 3. This tender is issued under the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure in accordance with Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (amended up to date). Items being procured: - Repair & Rehabilitation of Surface Drains Type- A & B from Kareem Bux Channar House to Disposal via Government Primary School at Village Nawab Khan Channar of Ward No 3 The scope includes dismantling pacca brick work, RCC work reinforcement separation, cement concrete plain work, pacca brick work in foundation to plinth, cement plastering, construction of standard open drain cunettle blocks of cement concrete, RCC work for roof slabs, beams, columns, and fabrication of mild steel reinforcement including cutting, bending, and laying in position. The work is to be executed with due diligence and in accordance with the technical specifications and drawings provided by the Town Committee Jhol. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board, NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates, minimum two similar completed works in the last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, and financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements for the last three years. An affidavit on e-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting, no litigation, and no abandoned works is mandatory. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-PADS portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- must be submitted via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Chairman, Town Committee Jhol. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft from any scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual submissions will not be accepted. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded, and original instruments submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of Town Committee Jhol before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 18-09-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of opening. Conditional, incomplete, or unsigned bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. The contract includes a defect liability period of 12 months after completion.
