Repair, Renovation and Construction Works at Various Educational Institutes in Balochistan

The BRCs & Polytechnic Institutes Balochistan invites bids for repair, renovation, and construction works at various educational institutes across Balochistan, specifically in Quetta, Panjgur, Kalat, Pishin, Satellite Town Quetta, Saifullah, and Loralai. Items being procured: - Restructuring of PITE Quetta including repair and renovation of auditorium hall, classrooms, hostels, main gate with guard room, colony gate, fencing, and weather coat of boundary wall (3000 RFT) - Construction of 03 classrooms with hall at Govt. College of Elementary Education Panjgur - Construction of 03 classrooms with hall at Govt. College of Elementary Education Kalat - Restructuring of GCEE Umer Abad Pishin including repair, renovation, new block construction, and female toilet block - Repair, renovation, and construction of cafeteria at Govt. Elementary College of Education Satellite Town Quetta - Repair, renovation, and construction of female toilet block at Govt. College of Elementary Education Panjgur - Repair, renovation, and raising of boundary wall with fence at Govt. College of Elementary Education Kalat - Repair and renovation at Govt. College of Elementary Education Arbab Karam Khan Road Quetta - Repair, renovation, and construction of 02 toilet blocks at GCEE Killa Saifullah - Repair, renovation, upgradation of main gate with guard room and construction of toilet block at GCEE Loralai The scope covers civil works including structural repairs, boundary walls, sanitary facilities, and general renovations at multiple sites. Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA and provide an earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of call deposit/bank guarantee. Original bid security and bidding fee challan must be submitted prior to bid opening. Eligibility criteria and mandatory requirements are detailed in bidding documents.
