Repair, Renovation and Construction Works at Various CDA Locations Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad invites reputable and qualified firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27 to participate in e-bidding for multiple repair, renovation, and construction projects in Islamabad. These projects include repair and renovation of a bar room at the Supreme Court of Pakistan building, renovation of the monument commemorating the national poets of Romania and Pakistan, and construction of a protection/retaining wall along with miscellaneous works at Jinnah Convention Hall. Items being procured: - Repair and renovation work in bar room at Supreme Court of Pakistan building - Renovation project of the monument commemorating the national poets of Romania and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Mihai Eminescu and Allama Muhammad Iqbal - Construction of protection/retaining wall and miscellaneous work at Jinnah Convention Hall The scope involves civil works including structural repairs, finishing, and construction activities at prominent government sites in Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and provide earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of Deputy Director Maintenance Division-III (SB), CDA. The bid security must be uploaded online on the E-PADS 2.0 portal, with the original submitted two days before bid opening. Bidders must also submit affidavits on judicial stamp paper regarding litigation status and non-relationship with CDA. Bids are to be submitted online exclusively through the PPRA E-PADS 2.0 portal. The bid opening date is 2nd November 2026 at 12:00 pm. The CDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Performance security is required if the bid amount is less than 10% below the NIT amount. For successful bidding, ensure timely registration on E-PADS 2.0 and strict compliance with bid security and documentation requirements.
