Repair, Renovation and Upgradation of New Building Lobbies and Lounges at Provincial Assembly of Sindh Karachi

The Provincial Assembly of Sindh invites e-bids through the e-Pak acquisition and disposal system (EPADS) for the repair, renovation, and upgradation of new building lobbies and lounges. The scope includes civil works such as dismantling, tiling, plastering, painting, chemical polishing, and electrical and plumbing installations. The project also covers furnishing with premium quality sofas, tables, curtains, blinds, lighting fixtures, wall paneling, and decorative art pieces. The contract duration is 60 days from the date of work order issuance. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-5 or above, hold valid electrical contractor licenses, and meet financial and technical criteria including a minimum average annual turnover of PKR 300 million. Bidding documents are available until 2nd December 2025, with bid submission and opening scheduled for 29th December 2025 at the Provincial Assembly of Sindh, Karachi.
