Tender Description
Lahore General Hospital invites sealed tenders from financially sound, income tax and sales tax registered firms for the repair and replacement of Convex Probes used in the Radiology Department. The procurement involves three specific items:
- Repair / Replacement of Convex Probe (PVT 375BT) of Toshiba / Canon Aplio-300 attached with Machine Sr.No. NSD1642577
- Repair / Replacement of Convex Probe (PVT 375BT) of Toshiba / Canon Aplio-300 attached with Machine Sr.No. FDA 1342021
- Repair / Replacement of Convex Probe of Toshiba / Canon Xario-100 attached with Machine Sr.No. 99D1164334
The total estimated cost for these repairs and replacements is **PKR 2,400,000**. The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions available on the PPRA website or Punjab E-Procurement portal.
The original bid security of 2% of the estimated price must be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, or Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, in the name of the Medical Superintendent, Lahore General Hospital. Performance Guarantee of 5% of the total contract amount will be required from successful bidders. Bids must be submitted before the deadline of **26 August 2026 at 11:00 AM**, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
