Repair, Replacement, Maintenance and Provision Works for GE (N) Eastern Garrison Karachi

Applications are invited by the Military Engineer Services (Navy), GE (N) Eastern Garrison Karachi for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for various repair, replacement, maintenance, and provision works across multiple locations including LSS Nathiagali, CCBR Coastal Command, HQ Comcoast, PNS Iqbal, PNS Qasim, NSOTC Bin Qasim, and others within Karachi. Items being procured: - Repair/replacement of hard standing and stone pitching at LSS Nathiagali - Repair and improvement of external electrification for CCBR Coastal Command - Repair/replacement of damaged cables with fittings for SOM and JMICC - Replacement of ATS panel and external electric supply for 64 men barrack at 12th Seal Bn - Maintenance and servicing of RO Plant and motor pump replacement at CC house - Repair/replacement of electric fittings at Comcoast office and secretariat - Repair/maintenance of fresh water line for water tank installation at Annexi PNS Iqbal - Replacement of TP breaker at HPO dockyard - Repair/replacement of cable joints and street light cables at 2nd FP BN - Cleaning of overhead/underground water tanks at PNS Iqbal - Repair/replacement of MCCB 4 pole for DG Room at CCBR Nathiagali - Repair/replacement of ACS with gas charging flood light at HQ Comcoast - Provision and installation of wall mounted air conditioners at LSS Substation Nathiagali and HQ Comcoast - Installation of main gate with pillars and construction of C&CC infrastructure at LSS Keti Bandar - Repair/maintenance of seepage on barrack at LSS Keti Bandar - Provision of furniture for Comcoast House B-14, SSO Admin office, Air Borne NSOTC Bin Qasim, 23rd AD Bn cook house, SSO Legal office, officer of GE (N) Eastern Garrison, and others - Repair/maintenance and polishing of furniture at various HQ Comcoast offices - Provision of certain facilities/miscellaneous minor works at multiple locations including HQCC, 2nd FP Bn, 31st Creeks Bn, PNS Qasim, PNS Iqbal, and others The scope covers electrical, civil, mechanical, and furniture works across naval and military installations. Contractors must be on the approved MES contractor list or provide proof of experience with government departments. Required documents include enlistment letter, valid PEC registration, GST, NTN certificates, bank statements, and past performance reports. Contractors not on the MES list must deposit 2% earnest money as standing security. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified contractors on 02 Nov 2026. Bids must be submitted by 02 Nov 2026 at 1200 hrs and will be opened on 04 Nov 2026 at 1130 hrs at GE (N) Eastern Garrison, Fowler Lines, Karachi-04.
