Repair of Transport Vehicles Including Spare Parts, Tyres, Tubes, Engines and Batteries for Special Security Unit SSU and Associated Projects

The Special Security Unit SSU Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders for the repair of transport vehicles including vehicles repair spare parts, tyres and tubes, complete engines, and batteries. This procurement covers the Special Security Unit SSU and associated projects such as Balakot Hydro Power Project BHPP District Mansehra and the remodeling of Warsak Canal System District Khyber. The tender is issued by the Special Security Unit SSU based in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Vehicles repair spare parts - Tyres and tubes - Complete engines - Batteries The technical scope includes repair and maintenance of transport vehicles with genuine spare parts. The items will be inspected by an inspection committee constituted by the competent authority and tested operationally at the contractor’s cost. The delivery period is 15 days or as per contract agreement. Rates quoted must be inclusive of all taxes, duties, charges, packing, and freight till delivery at the project site. Rates are valid until 30.06.2027. Eligibility criteria require suppliers to be registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Firms must have submitted three similar or relevant tenders in previous financial years and have at least one ongoing project with the police department at the time of bidding. Bid security of Rs. 200,000 must be submitted with the financial proposal, and in case of acceptance, a security deposit of Rs. 500,000 in the form of Call Deposit is required. Tender documents and NIT can be obtained from the Account Section SSU, 3rd floor Malak Saad Shaheed Police Line Peshawar at a cost of Rs. 2000 (non-refundable). Proposals must be submitted through e-PADS and hard copy in original to the Account Section SSU. The last date for submission is 13 August 2026 by 10:00 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee.
