Repairing of Tractor MF-375 with Complete Engine Overhauling

Cantonment Board Walton Lahore is procuring repair services for Tractor MF-375 including complete engine overhauling and replacement of various parts. The scope covers repairing the overall engine, steering pump, wheel hub, wheel bearing set with seals, wheel rim, air filters, hose pipe set, front grill with light, hub bolt with check nut, fan belt, steering pipe set, tie rod set, water body, jack tee, bolt set, steering jack repair, battery with fitting, and complete wiring repair. This procurement is specifically for two tractors requiring comprehensive mechanical repair and parts replacement. Eligible bidders should be authorized firms or general order suppliers with relevant PEC categories for mechanical works and must be registered with FBR and ATL. Experience in similar tractor repair and engine overhauling projects is essential. The bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as a call deposit in the name of Cantonment Executive Officer Walton. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System before the deadline of 12:00 pm on the closing date. The financial bid will be opened the same day at 12:30 pm.
