Repairs and Installation of Perimeter Fence at Police Check Posts, Khandi Sar and Zero Point

The Building Communication Works PP&H District Ziarat invites sealed tenders from interested contractors and firms for the repairs and installation of perimeter fences at police check posts located at Khandi Sar and Zero Point in Ziarat, Balochistan. The procurement is based on CSR 2026 guidelines of the Government of Balochistan. Items being procured: - Repairs and installation of perimeter fence at Police Check Posts, Khandi Sar and Zero Point The estimated cost for this project is Rs. 20,000,000. The scope includes restoration and conservation works under Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-6 and above, with specialized codes BC02 (Restoration and Conservation) and EE03(i) (Building Automation System). The bidder must have completed three similar assignments each worth 100% of the estimated cost in the last three years. Registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) and presence in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) is mandatory. The bid security requires a 3% earnest money deposit in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. The last date for bid submission is 25th September 2026 by 10:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer, Building Communication Works PP&H District Ziarat. Technical bids will be evaluated first, and financial bids will be opened later. The bid validity period is 90 days.
