Replacement of Floor Tiles at 4th Floor Terrace, Office Building GSL

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Lahore is procuring the replacement of floor tiles at the 4th floor terrace of its Office Building GSL located at Gaddafi Stadium. This project involves dismantling existing glazed or encaustic tiles, laying cement concrete, and installing high-quality porcelain glazed tiles and prepolished granite as per approved specifications. The scope also includes core cutting and installation of PVC/uPVC pipelines as part of the works. The technical scope requires the use of Master/Stile brand or approved equivalent porcelain tiles of specified size and shade, with adhesive bonding over cement plaster. The granite flooring and pipeline works must be completed as directed by the Engineer Incharge. The contractor must ensure all workmanship and materials meet the standards set by PCB. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above, have valid FBR and provincial tax registrations, and demonstrate experience of at least two similar works. Audited financial statements for the last financial year and an affidavit confirming no blacklisting by PCB or any procuring agency are mandatory. The bid security amount is PKR 181,000, submitted as CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM PST on July 6th, 2026. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated on a single-stage one-envelope basis with the least cost method. The bid opening will be conducted online at 11:30 PM PST the same day at PCB Head Office, Gaddafi Stadium Lahore.
