Tender Description
Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services (PIPS) invites sealed bids from reputed firms/contractors for the replacement and installation of damaged cooling tower fill pads and louvers. The tender includes supply and complete installation of PVC fill pads and stainless steel louvers designed for cooling towers, with specifications ensuring durability and resistance to temperature and chemicals.
Bids must be uploaded on E-PADS and submitted in hard copy along with company profile to the Assistant Director (Admn), PIPS, Islamabad by 6 January 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The bids will be opened the same day. Only technically qualified bidders will be considered for financial bid opening. The contract period may be extended on mutual agreement, and payment will be made within 30 days after delivery.
