Tender Description
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lahore is inviting bids for the replacement and installation of a new 01-No 2-CFS capacity tubewell at 2-C-II Lahore. This procurement is specifically for contractors, firms, or companies registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System with a valid PEC license in category C-6 or above, specializing in codes CE-09, CE-10, and ME-06. Bidders must also be registered with FBR and PRA, holding active filer NTN and PNTN.

The technical scope involves the complete replacement and installation of a tubewell with a capacity of 2-CFS at the specified site in Lahore. The project requires adherence to technical specifications and standards as outlined in the bidding documents available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) websites.
Eligibility criteria include a valid PEC license category C-6 or above with relevant specialization, active registration with FBR and PRA, and experience in similar works. Bidders must submit their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 15-08-2026 no later than 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. The bid security is set at 3% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 707,725.65, verifiable on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
The tender follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. Submission of hard copies is not accepted. Bids must be valid for 120 days. Conditional tenders and bids submitted via post or telegraph will be rejected. If the last date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be considered the deadline.
