Construction and Rehabilitation of Roads and Toilet Blocks in Chakwal

Municipal Committee Chakwal invites electronic bids from eligible and registered Contractors, Firms, and Companies for execution of multiple development schemes in Chakwal through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System). Items being procured: - Construction / Rehabilitation of Road with allied works from Talagang Road to Fruit Mandi road Chakwal - Construction of Street & Drains near Royal College 3 Marla Scheme road Chakwal - Construction of 02 Nos. Toilet Blocks at Hospital Road, Chakwal - Construction of Main Street from Tehsil Chowk to Gulberg Town, Chakwal The scope includes road construction and rehabilitation works, street and drain construction, and building of toilet blocks at specified locations in Chakwal. The projects require adherence to sanctioned estimates, technical sanctions, specifications, and BOQ provided by the Municipal Committee. Bidders must be registered with FBR, PRA, and Punjab e-Procurement System, possess valid NTN/PNTN, and active taxpayer status. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory for each scheme. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 17.09.2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 17.09.2026 at 11:30 AM. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of opening. The procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024. A corrigendum extends the bid submission deadline to 26.09.2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. The estimated cost and earnest money for the toilet blocks scheme have been corrected to Rs. 1,414,000 and Rs. 70,700 respectively. Bidders are advised to carefully review the BOQ and bidding documents for item-wise unit rates and ensure all mandatory documents are uploaded through the e-Procurement System. Timely submission and compliance with all terms will enhance chances of successful bidding.
