Replacement of Processor Board of Ultrasound Machine at Department of Theriogenology, UVAS Lahore

University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-procurement System from interested bidders including manufacturers, exclusive authorized sole distributors of foreign manufacturers, agents, contractors, firms, sole proprietors, and suppliers registered with income tax, Punjab sales tax on services (PRA), General Sales Tax (GST), and Professional Tax registered firms. Items being procured: - Replacement Processor Board of Ultrasound Machine at Department of Theriogenology, UVAS Lahore The procurement follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure applied on Punjab e-procurement System under PPRA Punjab rules. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11-11-2026 at 11:00 a.m and will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m through the Punjab E-Procurement System portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx). A 2% CDR amounting to Rs. 11,600/- as bid security (refundable) of the estimated price Rs. 580,000/- must be processed with the bid via Punjab E-Procurement System on or before the bid submission deadline. Bids will only be opened online on (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk) dated 11-11-2026 at 11:30 a.m. UVAS Lahore will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by bidders in bid preparation. In case of a public holiday on the tender opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day. All procurement procedures including uploading, downloading, receiving, opening, evaluating, and awarding will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 as amended. In case of conflict between bidding documents and PPRA Rules 2014, the latter shall prevail.
