Firms must provide Earnest Money of 5% of the quoted value (Maximum PKR1.0 Million) via bank draft/pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. The offer shall remain valid for 180 days. Performance Guarantee of 10% of contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing.
