Request for Proposals for Development and Production of Historical Television Drama Series

The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting through its Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications invites qualified firms and production houses to submit proposals for the development and production of a historical television drama series. This series will focus on the life, legacy, political struggle, and vision of Muhammad Ali Jinnah (Quaid-e-Azam) and Allama Dr. Muhammad Iqbal, aiming to educate and inspire the public through high-quality media production. Items being procured: - Development and production of historical television drama series based on the life and legacy of Quaid-e-Azam - Coverage of political struggle and vision of Allama Dr. Muhammad Iqbal The scope includes scripting, casting, filming, post-production, and dissemination through television and digital platforms. The project requires experience in international productions, joint ventures, and presence on YouTube or other international dissemination mechanisms as per the amended terms. Eligible bidders should have proven expertise in media production, relevant PEC categories if applicable, and valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest Money and bid security requirements will be as per the original RFP terms. The submission deadline has been extended to 06 October 2026 at 12:00 PM. Proposals must be submitted to the Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications, DEMP Zero Point, Islamabad. Interested bidders are advised to carefully review the amended RFP conditions and ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements.
