Request for Proposals for Provision of Stationary and Computer Stationary (Toners) Items for 2026-27

The Directorate General of Basic Education Community Schools (BECS) under the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training invites proposals from well-reputed suppliers, firms, and vendors registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Eligible bidders must have experience in the relevant field, be registered with the Income Tax & Sales Tax Department, and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is for the provision of stationary and other miscellaneous computer stationary items including toners for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Stationary - Other miscellaneous computer stationary (toners) items Bidders are required to submit a bid security amounting to Rs. 200,000 in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the DDO, Directorate General of BECS. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.gov.pk), BECS website (www.becs.gov.pk), and Ministry website (www.mofept.gov.pk). Interested firms/suppliers/vendors must submit hard copies of their bids/proposals at the address mentioned below on or before September 14, 2026, by 10:00 a.m. The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m. Firms may apply for one or more lots. The procurement will be conducted under the Framework Agreement module in EPADS v2.0 in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended). The Directorate General of BECS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers under PPRA rules 2004 amended from time to time.
