Tender documents may be obtained from the Rescue 1122 Nagar office until 18 August 2026 during working hours, against a written request and an original Treasury slip or challan showing payment of tender fee **PKR 4,000** in the Treasury Office. The completed tender must reach the Office of Rescue 1122 Herspo Das Nagar on or before the applicable deadline. Submit a single package containing separately sealed Financial Proposal and Technical Proposal envelopes, clearly marked and legible. Earnest money must be attached as a refundable DD or Pay Order in the name of Emergency Officer Nagar from any scheduled bank. Bidders must provide supporting documents, a **PKR 100** stamp-paper affidavit confirming that they have not been blacklisted or barred by any government or semi-government organization, and relevant experience: five years for transport repair and one year for the second and third categories.
