Restaurant No.1 and Two Fast Food Counters at Lahore Railway Station

Pakistan Railways Lahore invites experienced individuals, firms, or companies to submit sealed bids for the operation of Restaurant No.1 at Platform No.4 along with two fast food counters at Platform No.4 and 5 of Lahore Railway Station. This procurement is managed by the Divisional Superintendent (DS) office in Lahore. Items being procured: - Restaurant No.1 at Platform No.4 - Two Fast Food Counters at Platform No.4 and Platform No.5 The scope includes the complete operation and management of these food service outlets within the Lahore Railway Station premises. Bidders must prepare both Technical and Financial proposals under a Single Stage two Envelopes procedure. The contract will be valid for three years with an option to extend for an additional two years. The license fee will increase by 10% annually on the previous year’s amount. Eligibility requires submission of a Bid Security of Rs. 400,000 in the form of a Pay Order favoring F.A & CAO/Revenue, Pakistan Railways Lahore. The Bid Security must accompany the Technical Proposal. Interested bidders must purchase bidding documents by submitting a written application and paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000. The bidding process will be conducted in Lahore, and bidders must ensure timely submission by 11:00 AM on 22nd July 2026. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. For successful participation, bidders should ensure all documents are complete and bid security is attached with the Technical Proposal. Late submissions will not be entertained.
