Tender Description
Metropolitan Corporation Lahore invites bids from eligible firms and contractors registered or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant categories for restoration and rehabilitation works in various Lahore zones.
Items being procured:
- Restoration of Road Cut at Kalyar Road, Gulshan-E-Ravi (Zone: Samanabad)
- Rehabilitation of Drainage System and PCC at Awan Dhai Wala Village Near BHU, UC-176 (Zone: Wahga)
- Desilting of Drain / Sewer UC-152 (Nawan Pind, Asin Town Mehtab Park Barkat Park Rani Pind Gullar Pir Dear Hakeeman Dear Hassan Din Nazir Garden Nazir Park) within Jurisdiction of Aziz Bhatti Zone, MCL (Zone: Aziz Bhatti)
- Providing and Laying of RCC Slabs at Different Areas in Allama Iqbal Zone, MCL (Zone: Allama Iqbal)
The procurement will be conducted through Punjab E-Procurement system and PPRA website. Bidders must submit proposals online via Punjab E-Procurement portal by 22-09-2026 at 10:30 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM at Town Hall The Mall Road Lahore.
The scope includes civil works such as road restoration, drainage rehabilitation, desilting of sewer drains, and RCC slab laying in specified zones of Lahore. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 & Above as required for each work.
Earnest money in the form of bid security amounting to 3% of the estimated cost is mandatory. Bidders should ensure their proposals comply with the bidding instructions and upload all required documents duly signed and stamped by authorized representatives.
This tender follows a Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure under Open Competitive Bidding Method. No telephonic or conditional tenders will be entertained. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
