Tender Description
The Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning Agency (TEPA) under Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids from contractors and firms registered on Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) with valid PEC registration in Category C-6 & Above, along with active FBR and PRA registrations including Tax Filer NTN and PNTN for the restoration of road cut for laying of forcemain from UMT Campus to College Road Drain Lahore.

This project involves civil works related to road restoration and drainage infrastructure in Lahore. The work is expected to be completed within 1 month from the date of award. Bidders must submit their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System only. The bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR valid for bid validity period plus 20 days, amounting to 5% of the estimated cost, must be submitted through the e-Procurement System before the closing time.
Only technically responsive bidders will be qualified for opening of financial bids. Financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. The bidding procedure is single stage two envelope. Technical bids must be submitted on or before 07-09-2026 by 10:30 am and will be opened the same day at 11:00 am on the EP System.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the detailed requirements, terms, and conditions available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and Punjab e-Procurement portal. No manual, hand, telegraph, or postal bids will be accepted. Tendered rates and amounts should be filled in figures and words and signed as per the general directions in the tender documents.
