Additionally, the Urban Drainage & Flood Protection Programme for Muzaffarabad city is included. Items being procured: - Resurfacing/Reconditioning of Green Bus routes-I, II, III with detailed road sections and lengths - Urban Drainage & Flood Protection Programme (City), District Muzaffarabad The estimated costs range from Rs. 6.346 Million to Rs. 10.988 Million per lot. Bidders must be licensed firms/contractors with Pakistan Engineering Council registration in C-3 & Above, CE-01 specialization. Technical sanctions are dated 1/10/2026 or 10/2026. Completion period for all works is 100 days. Bidders must upload scanned proof of deposit of Bid Security in the Divisional Joint Account and submit original CDR/Call Deposit or Executive Engineer PWD Highways Division Muzaffarabad.
