Revamping of Old Municipal Library Building at Jhallar Road MC Shahpur Sadar

Municipal Committee Shahpur Sadar invites registered firms and contractors with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses for the year 2026-27 to submit tenders for the revamping of the old Municipal Library Building located at Jhallar Road, Shahpur Sadar. This procurement is part of the approved Development Scheme under ADP for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the E-PADS (PPRA) online system. Items being procured: - Revamping of Old Municipal Library Building at Jhallar Road MC Shahpur Sadar The scope includes comprehensive renovation and refurbishment of the existing municipal library building to improve its structural integrity and functionality. Contractors are required to quote item-wise rates in words on the E-Pad system; incomplete or unsigned bids will not be accepted. A 5% earnest money of the CDR is mandatory, and the lowest bidder may be required to deposit additional performance security within 15 days of notice issuance. Eligible bidders must hold a valid PEC license for the respective category and fiscal year, be registered with FBR and ATL, and comply with PPRA rules. The bids will be opened on the same day of submission in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives at the Municipal Committee Shahpur Sadar office. The last date for bid submission is 23-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, and bids will be opened at 3:00 PM on the same day. The successful contractor must execute an agreement on stamp paper within 15 days of work order issuance. Quality control tests are the responsibility of the contractor at their own expense.
